Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Go2Mentor Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality digital training, mentorship, and consulting services. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Courses & Content

All purchases of digital courses, training materials, and on-demand content are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once access is granted, we cannot process refunds under any circumstances.

2. Mentoring Sessions

All mentoring and consulting sessions booked are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may reschedule (subject to availability) by contacting us at least 72 hours in advance.

3. Subscription-Based Products

For subscription-based products, you may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Past payments will not be refunded.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment errors, subject to internal review.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved (e.g., in the case of duplicate payment), it will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
